• Provide support in product launches, refreshes and repricing
• Control, track and monitor Premium Cardmembers responses to campaigns and events
• Manage events' capacity and list of attendees, as well as issue outbound calls to confirm attendance to the events and satisfaction calls when needed
• Events waiting list management and outbound calls when needed
• Provide support in the organization of events to Premium Cardmembers as well as assist when necessary
• Web and Apps content maintenance across channels for Consumer & SBS Products
• Continuous collaboration and alignment with Customer Service and Travel & Lifestyle teams to coordinate campaigns and events
• Support on Dining programs for Cardmembers
• Provide support when required on team projects
• Collaboration to maintaining updated product benchmarks and analyzing competitors
• Stock control of Marketing materials

• Current graduate students in Marketing, ADE.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, flexible, and willing to work and learn in a multinational company like American Express
• To be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
• Good communication and relational skills
• Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both writing ans speaking
• Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
• Having the ability to express yourself correctly on the phone and knowledge or experience in telephone and communication techniques is valued.

• All of the above. If the intern has recently graduated or about to graduate soon by the time the internship program starts, it is a better option than someone who is currently still studying.

Alongside your internship you will be enrolled on programme coordinated by Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). This programme will allow students to focus on productivity, adaptive management and innovation, to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, collaborating directly on the management and optimization of commercial processes. The student will develop essential skills in project management, data analysis, and negotiation, which are critical for future integration into the labor market.

To enroll the programme, the candidate must have completed the degree or due to submit the final degree project, or the final degree project plus 9 ECTS max.

If you are an undergraduate student, your university will need to agree that you can commit to 35hours per week, please ensure you check this with your university prior to applying.
