* 6+ years of DevSecOps experience as the primary focus of your career.
* Demonstrable experience migrating Docker Compose environments to Kubernetes in production.
* k3s is highly valued.
* Design and management of K8s clusters: namespaces, RBAC, network policies, resource quotas.
* Docker: multi-stage builds, image optimization, container hardening.
* Helm charts, Kustomize, or equivalent for manifest management.
* Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent.
* SAST integrated into pipelines: SonarQube, Semgrep, or equivalent.
* Container image scanning: Trivy, Snyk, Grype, or equivalent.
* Secret management: Vault, Sealed Secrets, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent
* Azure DevOps and GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
* English C1/C2 level.
