We are looking for a Management Consulting Analyst (ideally with 1 year experience, but we can consider recent graduate candidates) with foundation in Research Analysis and Interpretation, Value Architecture and Realization, Business Process Design, Change Management, Solution Architecture, and Procure‑to‑Pay process understanding.
The role is based in Spain under a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration to build strong team synergies. It is essential to reside in Spain and hold valid work authorization.
Functions
- Support end‑to‑end analysis of Procure‑to‑Pay processes, gathering data, mapping workflows, and identifying potential improvement areas.
- Assist in the design of value‑driven business architectures, supporting senior team members in building transformation models.
- Collaborate in change management initiatives, preparing communication materials, adoption plans, and stakeholder documentation.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, capturing functional requirements and translating them into structured documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to support business insights and process redesign initiatives.
- Prepare detailed process documentation, diagrams, and analysis reports aligned with Consulting methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops support, taking notes, organizing findings, and ensuring follow‑up actions are recorded.
- Assist in tracking project progress, risk identification, and value realization metrics under guidance from senior consultants.
